公铁两用桥受船舶撞击精细模拟及动力响应分析Refined Finite Element Modeling and Dynamic Response Analysis of Vessel and Rail-cum-Road Bridge Collision

摘要(Abstract):
为研究公路铁路两用桥船桥碰撞作用下的动力响应,以崇启公铁长江大桥为背景,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立整桥模型,对3 000吨级船舶撞击整桥过程进行精细模拟,研究船舶不同撞击角度下的撞击力对船艏变形、桥塔横向位移及损伤等动力响应的影响。结果表明:有限元模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合,该模拟方法可靠;船舶正撞时,船艏变形表现为与桥塔接触部位向内凹陷与整体压溃;15°侧撞时,船艏一侧大面积压溃,另一侧后部挤压变形,动能转化为内能的部分减少,产生的滑移能增加;撞击角度增大为26°时,船艏变形、桥塔横向位移和撞击力峰值随之减小,桥塔受损情况略微减轻。
